I never managed to do a new recipe in week 10, so instead I did two in week 11 to catch up!
The first was a chicken stir fry with egg noodles in a black bean sauce. It’s so easy because everything gets thrown into the same pan! The result was really delicious, definitely one to try again! second recipe was a bacon and broccoli salad with pine nuts and cranberries. Again, it was really easy to make, and super quick! I think I could take or leave the cranberries, but it’d make a great dish for a warm Summer’s evening…if we ever get one!
